erica dawn was my valentine.

for the second year in a row.

in honor of this overrated, commercialized holiday that inevitably leads you into the debilitating realm of self-loathing, jealousy, desperation, and false notions of love, we decided to bypass the traditional flowers,chocolates, and sappy card exchange.

because for one, we're not lesbos.

(but if we were we would totally choose each other as life partners. go ahead and judge.)

two, flowers and chocolates and sappy cards aren't really our cup of tea.

and three, erica lives in hawaii therefore any sort of gift exchange would burn a hole in some one's wallet.

not to mention, erica has a lovely boyfriend who took care of the aforementioned sappy gift exchange. well done jake, well done.

so erica, here is my gift. and entire blog post dedicated in your honor. a post that will not only feed any human's natural desire for genuine flattery, but a post that will make people cry themselves to sleep saying "why? why can't erica be my best friend?"

and the answer is this dear reader, because she is my friend. deal with it.

erica and i have been friends since time began.
and by that i mean 2nd/3rd gradeish.
which equals a lot of adventures. and if i were to write down every adventure not only would this post become longer than tiger wood's list of mistresses, but all of you reader(s) out there would lose a lot of respect and gain a lot of hatred.

so, in lieu of memories. i will list why erica is my favorite amiga.
-she understands the true concept of lurking.
-she respects the chevy tracker.
-she skypes with me at all hours of the night.
-she always texts back.
-she pees her pants with me.
-she teaches me how to flirt with boys.
-she comforts me when my attempts at flirting fall flat.
-she tells me when it's deering season.
-she doesn't get embarrassed when i act like a cat.
